WILMINGTON, OH – May 16, 2014 – Cargo Aircraft Management, Inc. (CAM), the aircraft leasing arm of Air Transport Services Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:ATSG), announced today that it has hired industry veteran W. David Bucher to lead its operations as Chief Operating Officer. Bucher will replace William Tarpley, who is leaving to pursue other opportunities.

Bucher has over 30 years of experience in the commercial aviation industry. Prior to joining CAM, he was Vice President of Technical Operations for Air Transport International, Inc., an airline subsidiary of ATSG. Bucher also has held significant roles with Cumberland River Aviation, Airborne Express, Emery Worldwide and Federal Express. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Belmont University and an MBA from Indiana We

sleyan University.

In addition to his leadership experience, Bucher has hands-on experience as an active aircraft pilot and mechanic with FAA certificates of Commercial Pilot, Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic with Inspection Authorization, and Turbojet Flight Engineer.
