Management Team:

Todd A. Hunter - President. Prior to his appointment as President in January 2008, Mr. Hunter served as the Chief Financial Officer of Cargo Holdings International, Inc. (CHI)., the parent company of Cargo Aircraft Management, Inc. (CAM).   Mr. Hunter joined CHI as its Chief Financial Officer in March 2000. During his time at CHI, Mr. Hunter developed extensive experience in aircraft finance and leasing, aircraft operations, logistics, cargo operations and information systems.   Prior to CHI, Mr. Hunter spent the previous eight years with Arthur Andersen LLP, where he served both public and private clients in a wide variety of industries, including Capital Cargo International Airlines, Inc. since 1995.   Mr. Hunter received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting, with honors, and Master of Accountancy degrees from Florida State University.  He has been a Certified Public Account in the State of Florida since 1992 and is a member of both the Florida and American Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. 

William Tarpley - Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Tarpley has over 20 years experience in multiple divisions at Boeing and McDonnell-Douglas. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Tarpley previously was the Program Manager for MD-10 and 767 Special Freighter Programs. His responsibilities included customer negotiations and direct reporting of the profit/loss performance to executive management. He is also experienced in the development and FAA certification of aircraft systems and components. Mr. Tarpley has a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, a B.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a B.S. degree from the University of Georgia.

James S. Shroyer - Vice President - Technical Operations . Mr. Shroyer, prior to joining CAM, was VP - Maintenance for Capital Cargo International Airlines, Inc. responsible for all maintenance division activities. He has been in airlines maintenance for over 40 years and held upper maintenance management positions for several large airlines. Mr. Shroyer has a dual major Masters Degree in Management /Business Administration, a dual major Bachelors degree in Economics/Business Administration and an Airframe/Powerplant License. Mr. Shroyer is a Vietnam veteran.
